Yoga changed my life for the better. Through yoga I have gained more clarity, creativity and happiness. I want teach yoga to everyone and every type of person because I believe it is a natural way to help oneself in limitless realms of life like self understanding, disease, psychological disorders, body shaping and many many more. I am a psychology major in college and I have concluded from my studies thus far that self awareness is the key to happiness, tranquility, love and understanding in an individual and humanity as a whole. Being self aware is seeing a part or all parts of yourself without identifying with these parts so you can simply be. This awareness allows for understanding and love for oneself thus leading to understanding and love for all around us because you see that we are all alive and "being" together. Yoga cultivates this perspective in daily practice and over years of practice and that is why yoga is important to me. It is a gift and a tool passed down through the ages to aid in Earth's unity and tranquility.
